Is Glade UI Designer a good option for a beginner?
I am a student of Computer Science and I already know how to basically program in Python 2.x and 3.x ; C++ ; and HTML. Although I never made a program with an UI, I have just programmed games, scripts/plugins and console applications.
I love Ubuntu Linux, although I use Windows too, and in Ubuntu first time developers are recommended to use a UI Designer named Glade, that creates UIs for GTK toolkit and to program in Qt framework.
Although I intent to create a cross-platform application (Linux/Windows/Android/iOS/OSX) so I don't know if Glade is a good option for me to go, that is why I am asking for help to decide the best choice for me considering it is my first app that needs an UI.
